Return Policy

We want our customers to find value in the products we sell. We understand there are times items may not meet your expectations and we have established the following procedures to ensure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit.

New and Unopened Returns: Items returned within 30 days of purchase in new condition and in the original packaging will be given a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping. Items returned after 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items purchased more than 90 days ago cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products: While we try to ensure we do not ship damaged or defective products, it does happen on occasion. Within the first 30 days after purchase, we will replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you. Please call us at 404-815-8788 and we will arrange for a return call tag.

Non-Returnable Merchandise: Items which can be contaminated such as oils, lotions, creams and personal care products cannot be returned. Copyrighted items subject to duplication such as books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, and brochures are also not returnable. We cannot accept returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable items. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable as well.

Return Procedures:

1. Call us at 404-815-8788 to explain the situation and to request a Return Authorization Number. You must receive this number prior to sending your return and the number must be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Without this number we will refuse receipt of the package and return it at your expense.

2. Return the product in good packaging via insured US Mail, UPS or FedEx making sure the Return Authorization Number is visible.

4. Keep a record of the shipment until we have credited you or replaced the merchandise.
